"Whole Wheat Bread Recipe Home Made"

 Whole wheat breads, is a healthful bread recipe give you whole grain goodness in a delicious package.

Ingredients

• Wheat bran  - 3 ounces
• Flax seed Meal - 3 ounces
• Flour - 18 ounces
• Wheat flour - 1 pound
• Active dry yeast -  1(1/2 ounce) 
• Butter melted 3 tablespoons
• 1 ounce of salt
• 4 ounces of sugar
• Margarine low fat 4 ounces
• 3 cups warm water (20 degrees C)
• Soy milk 3 cups

 

 

Directions

1. In a large bowl, begin putting a  mix warm water, yeast, and  add one pound of white bread flour, 3 ounces of wheat bran, 3 ounces of flax seed meal, 3 eggs, one ounce of salt, 4 ounces of brown sugar.
   
2. Stir to combine all ingredients on step one and let set for 10 minutes.
3. Mix in using the mixer machine for about 30 minutes and keep checking to add water as needed.
4.  Using your hands make the final stir to mix and leave ready to make the shapes and place the natural cheese imported from Ecuador.
5. Brake in peaces the product by making round and put a spoon of cheese in the middle of the bread ,use loaf pans and put margarine on it to prevent sticking flour, so you can make any shapes like in this time we did 3 kinds, and let set for fifteen minutes allow to rise until dough by one inch or less.
6. Put in the oven and bake at 175 degrees C for 25 to 30 minutes, then applying a lightly brush the tops of loaves with a melted butter or margarine and egg white to  give a nice color and  prevent crust from getting hard.
7.  finally let cool and then enjoy a tasty and healthy bread.

This is a great healthy and delicious recipe that my mother taught me and which i do frequently and not only is good for my nutrition but also for my pocket because the ingredients used to give me a production of about thirty or so thirty-three loaves at a cost of twenty dollars or so, compared to the price of one loaf that costs 1.25 dollars, the advantage of knowing how it was done and that hygiene.
Due regard to the Flour is the backbone of Almost every baked product and yeast is an important  ingredient for the preparation of bread is a pleasure share this recipe with you and enjoy good homemade bread with a rich coffee in the breakfast as well as I do every day as recommended because the breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

“Playtime is Over”

In the passage, "Playtime is Over" written by David Elkind describes how schools are eliminating recess time for children and some other schools are hiring coaches to recess time, which is very disadvantageous for the growth of children as it is also the time when they can socialize according Helbertment a sociologist, play time is part of child's socialized process, and if this process is not completed the child may not socialize well in their growth.

The elimination of recess time for more classes also lead to the disappearance of what is known as culture of childhood, the elimination of recess time for more classes also lead to the disappearance of what is known as culture of childhood, including songs, rhymes, games, etc., passed through generations to generations.

It's very nice to see the, games, singing songs in school still exists that tradition for future generations and in my particular experience in which I had a brother at the age of 15 years and in which I experienced as my little brother chanted and playing games that I used to play and chant when I was a child at the school.

The recess time is the time very necessary for growing children as it proved necessary to have a break to relax and clarify the mind to pursue education is not very advisable to be guarded at the time, since at that time is where they can interact with other peers and socialize and be themselves and learn to behave in those moments of freedom.

In conclusion, the elimination of recess will not result in better performance on learning, neither having recess coaches, but yes hiring competitive teachers and also providing best resources and tools for students will achieved better academic outcomes for students.

Bottled Water Myth Versus Reality

The myth of “bottled water is safer than tap water “, the reality is that with the bottled water is regulated for FDA which means food and drug administration and does not reported requirements, on the other hand the tap water is regular controlled by the EPA which is an independent federal agency established to coordinated programs aimed at reducing pollution and protecting environment, also local health departments labs provide often testing of the water which show any violations of drinking water quality standards, I have come across of one of this tests when I have a business at midtown Manhattan in which a private lab company came to my business to do the testing of the water, so until that time I have no idea that those kind of test are been made.

In some cities’ the tap water is not the best but the best solution is to make tap water safe to drink instead drinking the bottled water which is more contamination for the world environment.

Mom, Dad, Buy the Broccoli

The passage from The New York Times “Mom, Dad, Buy the Broccoli” on December 2006, explain how the 10 food and beverage manufactures come up with a group call The Children’s Food and Beverage Advertising Initiative, by enforcing their own individual guidelines, such as putting cartoon characters on their products to fool children into eating unhealthy foods.
That effort will just benefit to the big junk food and beverages manufactures like Coca Cola, Pepsi, McDonald's’, etc. But for the children under twelve and other consumers will end up in obesity and other illness like diabetes.
Such guide lines promises cut in half the advertise especially where children attend more like schools and playgrounds movie theaters, unfortunately, not yet come true because unlike as are more focused on attracting consumers especially children under twelve years, and that I personally see, for example in cases of popcorn at the movie theaters still have the flashy cartoons of the film that is fashionable.
Lately there has been growth of obesity and diabetes in North America as well as the growth of junk food, and the other hand advertised almost no healthy products and lifestyles of such products like vegetables and Activities outdoors, because not only eating healthy food will help in the fight against obesity and diabetes, but also the good habit of having a daily exercise routine.

In my personal experience I have observed that nutrition in children depends a lot on education in this field with their parents, as children always follow what parents do and this also includes food, is so that if parents tend to eat healthy and prepare their food, so their children can learn the same and also to differentiate food and who will be more familiar with them, so will not occur what happened in an experiment done by "Jamie Oliver's TV show food Revolution in which children were tested to see if they knew the names and seemed as some vegetables, as a result they found that children were unaware of or does know the names of vegetables shown in the experiment.

In conclusion no matter what emphasis to put the food manufacturers to comply with the guide lines and regulations, if children do not have a good education and healthy nutrition followed a daily exercise routine taught by their parents to avoid these diseases.

With A research according Americans consume ninety percent of their food budget on processed food, all these processed foods containing additives substances are treated after being harvested or Butchered for the purpose of changing their way of flavor, color and smell that consumers are influenced in these factors then it is more appealing to consumers the products processed but not healthier 
. 
Usually we see that the foods that have a striking color but also the shelf and flavors that change the taste of most foods if they see in their packing and additives such as vitamins and other supplements that prolong the shelf life are used for human consumption and approved by the FDA which is not a guarantee that it is safe for human consumption but with the studies in the year 1970 with the use of additives and in the 50's and 60's The artificial sweetener cyclamate causes cancer, as well as the study published in The Lancet in November of 2008 Looked at the effects of fruit juice additives on children's Behavior, found that color additives increased the children's hyperactivity in children.
Another factor is what the animals eat all the antibiotics and pesticides will cause mutations and will be bad for human consumption because it is unnatural and in some packaging That show as natural flavor, but is not not healthy because chemists sometimes use fungal and tissue cultures.
In conclusion the way you can eat healthy foods are from nearby farms and the products will be fresh and do not need additives to preserved fresh and not have to travel far to reach consumer's hands, another option is to eat whole foods too or organic foods.

THE MEATRIX

The sort film "The Meatrix" it's a cartoon representation of how the factory farm corporations are destroying the small farms and combined with the original movie "The Matrix" to show how is the process to get more profit from factories farms corporations without care of the damages for the future generations that will cost to the planet and humans. On the film the Neo is represented the pig and Morpheus is the cow who is trying to explain where and how the milk, eggs and animal products come from, so he begins saying that family farm is a fantasy then he offer to Neo the blue pill to stay in the fantasy or take the red pill to know the truth and he took the red pill and after that he is been transported to the factory farm then the cow say that there is where the food comes from and show the pig how the animals are packet in a reduced places and do not take fresh air or see the sun light, so to keep them alive they give Antibiotics but then will cause germs that could make a epidemics that will not be stopped also the tons of waste will cause massive pollution, therefore over two million family farms disappeared and the communities are been destroyed, so the cow say to the pig that is the Meatrix and ended with the message of how to stop them is not supporting the factory farms corporations.

THE MEATRIX II

The film begins showing the organic products on the market so the cow say to the pig is doing a good job but there still job to do, the cow say to Neo the pig how they used to get the milk and show the cruelty from the factory farms corporations that uses Antibiotic overuse and Artificial hormones used to get a Mad cow disease then the pig begins faith with the factory farms agents.

THE MEATRIX II 1/2

There shows how the workers at those factories are treated and knowing that is a very dangerous job they pay bad and in the worse conditions and push them to their limits and in most cases they will suffer accidents but they does care about that they just want to get more profits. On the film show the pig helping the cow from factory agents farm corporation.

Tutor visit

Visit the class tutors for me personally was a good help and experience in which I could learn and address many concerns that had to develop an essay.
It's very interesting to have this kind of help in class because it is more personal as having more personal assistance is one of the privileges that we all have, I hope we can continue to have this support for classes that are this semester.

Red Pill or Blue Pill: Is Ignorance Bliss?

In the article Red Pill or Blue Pill  by Christine Cornell and Patrick Malcolmson explain how humans approach the truth, which is not easy to deal for everybody, some people believe its better to live without knowing the truth because they want to stay in control, while others seek answers.

 because the people as the character Neo  from the movie The Matrix has intelligence to find answers to his doubts.

Intelligence and education is well demonstrated in the movie "The Matrix" where Neo is a master in computation a person with a good education, that is why Morpheus choose him and believed that he was the one he sought to free everybody from The Matrix, So Morpheus had been looking for a person who can and is willing to seek the truth and a person who choose the red pill that would help him see the truth and free him from the Matrix. Neo’s educations involves a reeducation of his senses, this shows what some scientists have said that human beings do not use the whole brain in their lives.

Neo was seeking answers, the reason for seeking this answer is he is aware of certain things; they cannot teach some things to children than adults is easy to discern, is so that children generally are told where babies come from making up stories like that are brought by the stork or come from Paris, Because at that age are not able to understand sexuality as understood an older person.

Just as some people cannot handle the truth as in the movie "The Matrix" a character named Cypher which betray comrades, Because he preferred to live in the matrix than the truth, this is how it is shown that is not a bliss ignorance .

Are you living in the Matrix?

I think we live in another kind of Matrix not exactly the Matrix from the movie but in a different Matrix in which we are manipulated by others religions and governments.

Man by nature is always tempted to want to live better than doing nothing or having everything is so easy then as in the movie Matrix who chose to take the red pill were those who wanted to know the truth unlike those chose to live in ignorance and do nothing took the blue pill. Thus, in our society people who want to remain ignorant not opt for a change and are content living life doing nothing and just waiting for someone else to do.

As predicted by Karl Marx once there is no system of GOVERNMENT that is perfect and that therefore the nature of human being who always want to have some power that usually are the ones who have the power to gain control of food and water technology among other things.

If we think of the matrix that shows the movie has some truth in what today we live with our government it is which gives us rules and administers the laws and money and therefore all that we need to be dominated by them, and in the movie lived a life that was created.

Therefore we live in another kind of Matrix in which we do not know the truth but many cannot do much to get out of but can be some part of the Matrix, in our case people do not want to know the truth would be the most therefore only be conformed into what they get. in the film which is conformed are those wanted to know the truth not only wanted to live without further complications and preferred to ignorance of the truth.

" THE DANGER OF REALITY TV"

The author of the passage Timothy Sexton thinks that Reality TV is dangerous to the minds of young viewers because makes viewers believe that education is not necessary to be successful in their lives.

Promoters of reality television want to send the message that to win in any competition is the key to success, showing how image is more important than intelligence. Therefore in this Capitalist system the people in power abhors competition that is why the industry in North America is merging with others in order to monopoly and capture the most of the consumers.

The Reality TV does have to be call reality show because does have much reality, instead they are more acting, therefore they giving more importance to the image and fashion than the skills, ability or a real gift that some people has. On the passage “The Danger of Reality TV” by Sexton show us the wrong message the Reality TV is sending to the young audience in special because they will have the wrong idea than with just humiliate oneself or making the ridiculous in national television and having no respect of them self can make more money than people who strive to get their education and reach their degree.I have a friend that has skill to become a professional soccer player and many other agree and help him to achieve his dreams but unfortunately he had a car accident and after that  he could play soccer at the professional level then he realize that to succeed in life he need to have a degree and went back to school and get a education, therefore I believe that in order to success in life we have to get  education because in reality life is not easy as is presented on Reality TV.

Analyzing why those who hold power do not want the young people in particular think that education is necessary for an achieve their dreams, instead they trying to  brainwash others for their own benefit, and continue in power.

I think anyone wants to be ruled by anyone or have rules in your life that's why today there rehabilitation centers and prisons for those who disobey the rules want to make their own rules but if that were so life would be in our societies governments and chaos.

but in the other hand there are rules and measures taken by authorities and rulers which are unfair and should be approved by governments that many of them go against the human rights and affect the lives of others as in many cases justice is not effective and rather go with the interests of government with the sole intention of making money and not for the purpose of helping people rehabilitation and reintegrate into society.

For that reason people rebel and not believe in their leaders because most are corrupt and try to deceive people as in "The Allegory of the Cave" and "The Truman Show" In Which They Were living and to world they think people is Just been ruled lie with false truths and even choose not to believe or know it's not true that they are dupes and feel like actors in a movie that is life itself, as in the case of my brother in which no believes it is right that can’t have glass in your car with tint because it is forbidden for the rest of the population, can only have the president and certain governance. As like and many people who are paranoid that they are filmed been or that they are characters in movies in which there are many similarities in their own lives.
